Weather Policy 天氣政策

Please follow the Education Bureau’s directives for nurseries and kindergartens in times of poor weather. These are given on the radio, television announcements, and/or the internet regularly during rainstorms or tropical cyclones.

Pre-Nursery, K1, K2, K3

• Amber rain / Typhoon signal 1

  • School as normal

• Red / Black rain / Typhoon signal 3 and higher

  • Before school: (by 8.00am for morning session and by 12.00 noon for afternoon session) All classes are cancelled

  • After classes start: All classes will continue until the usual completion time. Parents/caregivers are, however, welcome to collect their children earlier if they wish. The school bus service will run as normal

Playgroup and Co-curricular classes

• Amber rain / Typhoon signal 1

  • Classes as normal

• Red rain / Typhoon signal 3

  • Classes as normal

• Black rain / Typhoon signal 8 and higher

  • Before classes start: (by 8.00am for morning classes and 12.00 noon for afternoon classes) All classes are cancelled

  • After classes start: Parents/caregivers should come to collect their children as soon as they can. All children will be looked after at school until they are collected.

在惡劣天氣情況下，請遵從教育局就幼稚園及日校適用的安排。請留意電台或電視台有關最新天氣、道路和交通情況的廣播。

預備班、K1、K2、K3

• 黃色暴雨警告 / 一號戒備信號生效時

  • 學生如常上課

• 紅色/黑色暴雨警告 / 三號或以上戒備信號生效時

  • 上學前懸掛：所有課堂均停課

  • 上學途中懸掛：所有課堂繼續如常上課，直至正常放學時間為止。惟家長/監護人可提早接學生回家。校車服務如常運作

遊戲班及下午課外活動班

• 黃色暴雨警告 / 一號戒備信號生效時

  • 學生如常上課

• 紅色暴雨警告 / 三號戒備信號生效時

  • 學生如常上課

• 黑色暴雨警告 / 八號或以上戒備信號生效時

• 課堂前懸掛：所有課堂均停課

• 課堂途中懸掛：所有課堂繼續如常上課，直至正常放學時間為止。惟家長/監護人可提早接學生回家。
